Our time of operation is 9am – 9pm from Mon – Sunday.
We do have after hours available: 9pm – 12 am. However, please contact if your situation necessitates us to be there on earlier than 7am or later than 9 pm. After hours and Travel fee greater than 50 miles of $100 extra.
We service Central areas of Texas such as: Austin, Georgetown, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Jonestown, Lago vista, Spicewood, Steiner Ranch, Bee Cave, Lakeway, Briarcliff, Dripping springs, Driftwood, Buda, Hutto, Taylor, Jarrell, Manor, Elgin.
Before receiving IV hydration: all new patients and/or recurring patients (after 12 months of initial telemedicine exam) will required to be assessed by a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant or a MD/DO via Telehealth (Good Faith Exam). The exam will expired in 1 year til the recurrence of any new treatment. Our On-scene health professional will also evaluate your physical assessment and vital signs prior to the treatment. We take highly in our cautious and diligence when providing adequate care to our patients. There will be NO CHARGE for the exam.
Once our provider arrived on scene, we will instruct and guide you on how to performed a Good Faith Exam with an NP/PA or Physician.
